Job Details
ChristianaCare's Administrative Fellowship is a one-year training program offered to students in their final year of, or a recent graduate, of an accredited Masters Program in Health Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), or a related field. As a large health system in a small state, ChristianaCare will offer a unique, challenging and diverse learning experience for our fellow. We are engaged in many efforts to transform our health system and meet the health care challenges facing our community and nation. Principal Duties and Responsibilities The selected candidate for this role will:

ChristianaCare has three distinct campuses and a large physician network providing the fellow exposure to multi-disciplinary project work that will prepare them for the complexities of serving various communities. In addition to project work, the fellow will attend senior management meetings which will support the understanding of operating as a total health care system.
