You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
  • Supporting and executing communication strategies tailored to specific customer vertical markets, including content creation, event experiences, audience communications, and promotion
  • Supporting and executing targeted campaigns using both online and offline tactics to increase brand visibility and drive engagement
  • Integrating digital marketing promotions tied to lead generation across channels such as social, email, search, web, and SEO
  • Ensuring brand positioning and messaging are consistent and compelling across all touchpoints (copy and visuals), including elevating leadership through research outputs and editorial content
  • Assisting in developing project strategies and identifying needs by selecting appropriate resources and establishing timelines and budgets
  • Understanding and evaluating target audiences, content, and the effectiveness of communications activities, tactics, and programs
  • Coordinating and managing project schedules and assigned initiatives, including all relevant internal and external resources.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand communications or marketing, with hands-on involvement in developing and executing communication or marketing initiatives
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas, adapt messaging to different audiences, and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional environments, collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve shared outcomes.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience across communications and marketing functions, with demonstrated business acumen, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Proven experience planning and executing integrated marketing programs across multiple channels, aligning messaging, campaigns, and content to drive awareness, engagement, and business outcomes
  • Strong content development skills, with experience writing promotional and storytelling content across online and offline channels
  • Experience executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, web, and search
  • Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Experience supporting or contributing to product launches is preferred
