Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Lead Generation



  • Assist with in-person, virtual, and phone-based sales meetings
  • Support outreach efforts by responding to inbound calls/emails and conducting outbound follow-up communication
  • Help identify and research potential leads through data mining, industry networks, and prospecting tools
  • Contribute to building and qualifying sales pipelines


Product Knowledge & Learning



  • Develop a foundational understanding of Hummel Pro products and services
  • Participate in sales training sessions, team meetings, and strategic planning discussions
  • Learn to effectively communicate product features and value propositions


Sales Operations & Administration



  • Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, quotes, and presentations
  • Support contract preparation and post-sale follow-up activities


Relationship Management



  • Support engagement efforts with youth clubs, dealers, and pre-professional partners
  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
  • Provide general support on larger or professional-level accounts as needed


Growth & Innovation



  • Contribute ideas for new sales initiatives, promotions, and outreach strategies
  • Assist in analyzing sales trends and identifying opportunities for growth


Additional Expectations



  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
  • Adhere to all Hummel Pro policies and standards


Qualifications:



  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Needs to possess strong organizational skills to build sales strategy with company
  • Ability to problem solve and negotiate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative eye, attention to detail, ability to adapt on the run
  • Comfortable on phone, in person, and via video calls
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva
  • Ability to produce quality written work
