Your role at Baxter The Manager, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) is the primary health economics lead for Baxter's Advanced Surgery portfolio. This role is responsible for defining the evidence strategy and leading the development of clinical and economic value evidence that supports scientific exchange and healthcare decision-making. This individual partners closely with Medical Affairs and Real-World Data Analytics to translate real-world data into compelling, scientifically rigorous value narratives. The HEOR Manager ensures that hospital utilization insights are transformed into robust economic models and evidence supporting value-based care, hospital contracting, and healthcare system efficiency. By generating high-quality evidence and translating data into meaningful insights, the HEOR Manager enables informed healthcare decisions, supports value-based care, and strengthens Baxter's scientific credibility in the surgical marketplace. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $136,000.00 to $187,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location.
