- Maintain labels on materials that include type, gauge, width and weight.
- Lift copper coil rolls onto the Hairpin Machine.
- Removal and installation of dies

What You'll Do:
- Resolve issues with hairpin machine as trained
- Review and follow dispatch as it is scheduled to reflect priority
- Utilize White Book/Play Book or other training materials as a first resource to answer questions.
- Regular use of measuring devices including but not limited to calipers, tape measures, etc.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in machine operating
- 2+ years of experience in Mechanical troubleshooting
What Sets You Apart:
- Ability to read drawings.
- Use of hand tools as needed.
- Push or pull larger items: pallet, hairpin cart, coils on carts.
- ID & tag unsafe equipment
- Ability to take on other duties or assist in other departments as department needs change.
- Clean area to 5S standards
- Able to follow directions of supervisor or lead
- Able to safely use all tools once instructed on correct use
- Able to measure per the drawing
- Able to interpret drawings, routers & special notes once trained
- Possessing a basic understanding of math
- Open to constructive criticism
- Possessing a positive attitude in the face of challenges
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check
- Able to safely lift up to 50lbs
- Able to stand for long periods & stoop/bend frequently
