Global Partnership Marketing Coordinator Los Angeles, CA Pay: $36.00 - $38.50 per hour 26-05937 Job Summary The Global Partnership Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of global, domestic, and international promotional partnership campaigns for theatrical film releases. This role coordinates partner relationships, manages campaign deliverables, tracks project timelines, and facilitates cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, passionate about entertainment marketing, and experienced in international partnership management within a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end execution of theatrical film promotional campaigns with global, domestic, and international partners across television, broadcast, retail, packaging, digital, social media, print, radio, press, and field marketing channels.
- Create, manage, and track campaign timelines, review schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Review partner and international market creative submissions and coordinate stakeholder feedback and approvals.
- Maintain and organize creative assets, campaign materials, and documentation within shared departmental systems.
- Coordinate recurring status meetings with partners and stakeholders, document meeting outcomes, and distribute detailed follow-up communications.
- Review, evaluate, and manage promotional partnership submissions and creative approvals from international markets.
- Support the development, approval, and fulfillment of promotional merchandise, prize packages, sweepstakes, and ticketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to fulfill partnership deliverables and campaign requirements.
- Develop and maintain reports, tracking documents, case studies, promotional guidelines, research projects, and campaign resources.
- Support the day-to-day management of partnership campaigns, including meeting preparation, status reporting, wrap reports, and project documentation.
- Maintain communication with regional and international teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets, approvals, and campaign support.
- Source, manage, and distribute promotional assets including trailers, logos, posters, key art, still images, and other marketing materials.
- Track purchase orders, budgets, invoices, and vendor-related activities associated with partnership campaigns.
- Coordinate screenings, promotional events, partner summits, and other marketing initiatives.
- Assist with event logistics, guest management, seating coordination, sponsorship fulfillment, and onsite event support.
- Manage inventory and distribution of promotional materials and partner products.
- Support cross-promotional initiatives and broader marketing department activities.
- Assist with special projects, roadshows, logistics planning, and other departmental initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in studio marketing, promotional marketing, partnership marketing, advertising agencies, account management, sales, or related marketing environments.
- Demonstrated experience in international marketing, with partnership marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and international stakeholders.

Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Work Experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in partnership marketing, promotional marketing, entertainment marketing, studio marketing, advertising, account management, or related fields required.
- International marketing experience required.
- Experience managing partner relationships and promotional campaigns preferred.
- Experience coordinating marketing assets, creative approvals, and campaign deliverables preferred.
- Experience tracking budgets, purchase orders, and vendor relationships preferred.
- Experience supporting events, screenings, sponsorship activations, and promotional initiatives preferred.
- Experience using Keynote, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools preferred.
- Experience using Box or similar content management platforms preferred.
- Fluency in one or more foreign languages is a plus.
