Electrical Field Superintendent - Childress, TX

We are hiring an Electrical Field Superintendent to support a large-scale construction project near Childress, TX. This leadership role is ideal for experienced construction professionals with a strong background in electrical systems, MEP coordination, and mission-critical projects. You will oversee daily field operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities across electrical, structural, and MEP scopes
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and short-term work plans
• Drive productivity, resolve field issues, and maintain project momentum
• Enforce safety standards and support QA/QC inspections and system commissioning
• Review drawings, RFIs, and field documentation to ensure compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction field supervision experience (data center or mission-critical preferred)
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and site coordination
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

Compensation $100,000-$160,000 DOE + 12% geo uplift, $150 per diem, and incentives

Hours: 7 days per week / 50 hour work week
