A great opportunityas a Recruitment Partnerhas opened within our Houstonoffice as part of the Early CareersRecruitment team.In this role, you will join a collaborative team with a regional remit across the Americas, helping to attract and develop talent into the organization.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of campus engagement strategies, including on-campus and virtual events, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. You also contribute to the design and delivery of internship programs, supporting orientation, training and ongoing engagement initiatives, while partnering with the business on performance evaluations and conversion decisions. Your curiosity and market awareness help you maintain insights into competitor activity, campus trends and program effectiveness, enabling you to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Proven experience in campus or early careers recruitment, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end hiring lifecycle for intern and graduate programs.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and campus insights to advise on recruitment strategies and enhance program outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, university contacts, and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to plan and deliver multiple recruitment activities, events, and timelines simultaneously.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively in both virtual and in-person settings.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
