Overview LMI is seeking a skilled Technical Project Specialist - (TPS) to support Software Modernization / Cloud Transformation under a large and complex United States Postal Service (USPS) portfolio. A qualified Technical Project Specialist will have over 8 years of experience supporting government contracts by overseeing complex software development initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resource allocation and project schedules, and driving technology modernization activities-including cloud migration and business process transformation. The candidate must demonstrate a proven ability to track and manage multiple project interdependencies, apply critical thinking to resolve complex challenges, and perform resource management functions-all while upholding the highest ethical standards. The primary responsibility will be to support the USPS Program Manager in delivering client commitments and showcasing LMI as a trusted consulting partner by identifying, recommending, and implementing innovative solutions that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Work within the program management office to oversee multiple stakeholders and manage complex project schedule interdependencies, ensuring successful coordination of software development and modernization initiatives.
Qualifications
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
The target salary range for this position is $135,000-$160,000. The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance. Only US Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
