Job DescriptionThis role supports accounts on the East Coast and works the following hours to support Eastern, U.S. business:8:00 AM - 4:30 PM ET. The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $60,400 - $78,500 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. The Inside Sales (Business Rep) is responsible for owning and growing territory and relationships within assigned subsidiaries and locations of regional accounts. This role works in close partnership with Regional Sales Managers to execute strategic account plans, drive expansion opportunities, and maintain alignment across the regional hierarchy. Success in this position requires a consultative approach, exceptional relationship management skills, and the ability to uncover new business opportunities while also delivering outstanding service to existing accounts. The role is accountable for managing the sales pipeline within its territory, ensuring opportunities progress through each stage of the sales cycle, from initial engagement to close and ongoing account management. Additionally, the position leverages account-based strategies to deepen penetration into new subsidiaries and locations while strengthening and expanding existing relationships.
Minimum of 3 years' experience selling to small business accounts. Experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce is preferred., REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
