We're hiring motivated Entry-Level Data Center Infrastructure Trainees to join a team supporting one of the largest data center projects in the area. No data center experience? No problem. This position combines construction, technology, and telecommunications in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. What You'll Do As part of the infrastructure team, you'll help build the backbone that powers today's internet, cloud services, and enterprise technology systems. Responsibilities Include: * Pulling copper and fiber optic cable throughout large-scale data center spaces * Installing cable tray, ladder rack, and support systems * Assisting with server rack assembly and equipment layout * Learning cable dressing, labeling, routing, and management standards * Supporting fiber terminations and low-voltage installations * Using tools such as fish tape, drills, ladders, and cable management hardware * Reading basic project layouts and following installation instructions * Maintaining organized and safety-focused work areas * Learning from experienced telecom and infrastructure technicians onsite Great Opportunity For Candidates From: Construction or warehouse backgrounds Tech-savvy candidates wanting hands-on IT experience Military or mechanically inclined backgrounds Recent high school or trade school graduates People pursuing CompTIA or IT certifications Anyone looking for stable work with long-term growth What We're Looking For * Strong work ethic and reliability * Comfortable working in active construction-style environments * Ability to use or learn basic hand tools * Willingness to learn technical skills * Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude * Ability to stay active throughout the workday * Comfortable climbing ladders and working in large industrial spaces No prior telecom or data center experience required - training is provided.
