Consumer & Community Banking Core Business Banking Hudson Yards - 5MW Interview Process - 2 rounds on zoom - panel (no live coding) in office presence; 5 days This is an existing salesforce instance they have been working on a few years. The user base is internal for their bankers, but their customer base is huge. They have multi millions of records. 3 scrum teams with 24 team members between JC, Plano, and Hyderabad. This person will lead the 8-member scrum team in NY. They have an instance for each business area in the consumer bank, one for wealth, home lending, etc. He leads business banking team. This person will be working on business banking salesforce instance. This is a lead role 30% lead 70% coding Description from team: Core skill - proficient lighting web components, out of the box salesforce configs, triggers, rest API calls from SF SOQL Experience working on large volumes of data Optimize code so it can handle large volumes Speak to stakeholders is a pressurized environment MUST have skills - senior, coach/leadership + hands on technical skills salesforce - 5 years apex lightning web components triggers comms, executive presence hands on experience, ability to speak to details, explaining how things work experience in handling large data volumes, optimizations NICE to have financial services industry experience cloud native apps API's , webservices java jira bitbucket source controls systems Job responsibilities Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems Develops secure high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others Identifies opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systems Leads evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to drive outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs, technical credentials, and applicability for use within existing systems and information architecture Leads communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive awareness and use of new and leading-edge technologies Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect *Skills* salesforce.com, LWC, triggers, SOQL, Redt API, optimization, erpss, sfdc, Financial services cloud *Top Skills Details* salesforce.com,LWC,triggers,SOQL,Redt API,optimization,erpss,sfdc *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Onsite 5 days financial services experience preferred *Experience Level* Expert Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $100.00/hr.
