Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Depot Technician to support device lifecycle operations, including equipment staging, deployment, inventory management, and warehouse coordination. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on technical skills who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities * Receive, organize, stage, and ship IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals * Image, configure, deploy, and decommission devices according to company standards * Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper asset tracking throughout the device lifecycle * Support warehouse operations, including loading/unloading shipments and organizing inventory * Perform quality checks on devices to ensure proper setup and functionality prior to deployment * Collaborate with IT and operations teams to meet deployment timelines and business needs * Assist with general depot tasks and provide cross-functional support as required Required Qualifications * Strong work ethic with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks in a team environment * Basic IT knowledge, including hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting * High attention to detail, particularly with asset tracking and device preparation * Ability to lift 50+ lbs and safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks * Comfortable working in a warehouse setting, including standing and moving throughout the day Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in IT asset management, device deployment, or depot/warehouse operations * Familiarity with imaging tools and endpoint configuration processes * Experience working in high-volume, logistics-driven IT environments Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Charleston, WV. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
