The Finance Analyst provides strategic, crossfunctional financial leadership to support key business partners and drive informed decisionmaking across the organization. This role is responsible for leading the development of accurate financial projections, budgets, forecasts, and profitandloss reporting, while translating complex financial data into actionable business insights. In addition to handson analysis, the Finance Analyst partners closely with senior leaders to evaluate performance drivers, identify opportunities, and influence operational and financial outcomes. This position plays a critical role in shaping short and longterm financial plans, improving financial processes and reporting, and supporting enterprisewide initiatives through rigorous analysis and clear executivelevel communication.
