Now Hiring for a Bilingual Shipping & Receiving Coordinator! Legacy Bakehouse is a growing food manufacturer with facilities in Waukesha and Cudahy, WI. We are hiring a Bilingual Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support our shipping and receiving operations. This is an administrative and coordination role - if you are organized, tech-comfortable, and communicate confidently in both English and Spanish, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do: * Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments * Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams in both English and Spanish * Respond to emails and coordinate scheduling with internal departments and external partners * Scan, attach, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation in the company system * Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips * Maintain organized, accurate records of all shipping and receiving activity * Schedule delivery and pickup appointments * Assist with customer service inquiries related to shipments * Support communication between Spanish-speaking staff and management * Perform general administrative tasks in the shipping and receiving area What We're Looking For: * Bilingual - English and Spanish required (read, write, and speak both fluently) * 1-2 years of administrative, shipping/receiving, or customer service experience preferred * Comfortable using computers - email, Microsoft Office, and scheduling systems * Experience with scanners and document management * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Dependable, professional, and a team player What We Offer: * $19-$24/hr based on experience * Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance * 401(k) with company match * Life, AD&D, and Short-Term Disability * Paid Time Off * Supportive, team-oriented culture We are actively interviewing - apply today.
