Job Summary Provides technical oversight for DoD ammunition production programs, ensuring quality requirements, risk mitigation, and timely, accurate customer documentation. Analyzes defects, trends, and root causes to improve product quality, cost, and schedule. Develops and implements process control and improvement methods, testing procedures, and specialized test equipment. Conducts product testing, evaluates defects, and recommends corrective actions. Collaborates with suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement. Impact of the Role General Profile

Essential Functions
Additional Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing program quality requirements, identifying and mitigating program risks, ensuring on time and accurate submission of Customer Deliverable Documentation Requirements, analyze program defects, trend analysis and conduct root cause analysis as applicable to eliminate defects and improve product quality, cost and schedule.
