Job Description The Group Performance Leader (previously referred to as Production Supervisor) is responsible for the Plant Operations (Safety, Service, Quality, Cost and Productivity); and includes the planning and on-time execution of the production schedule, achieving Performance KPis and Targets, addressing challenges affecting improved and sustained performance initiatives in all key areas, assigning resources as needed, as well as reporting performance and relevant issues into the daily integration /fier meetings. The GPL champions the problem solving and continuous improvement process. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Review Daily Performance. Internal Interaction Required With: * Shift TPLs Manages: * Has full managerial responsibility: has direct reports, assigns work, provides coaching and training, sets goals, is accountable for performance evaluation, plans EE development, and makes and approves people management decisions either alone or in collaboration with management and HR (including recruitment, promotions, tenninations, and compensation). Qualifications
* Minimum of a High School Diploma/ODE , college degree preferred ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: * BS degree in engineering or a technical degree is highly preferred * Green Belt Certification preferred Benefits and Perks
