JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Program Analyst is responsible for conducting structured analysis and solution feasibility evaluations in support of enterprise programs, initiatives, and non standard requests. This role partners with cross functional teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to review and vet requests such as prospects, new groups, existing groups, and non standard Performance Guarantees to ensure alignment with enterprise systems, regulatory requirements, and operational capabilities. The Senior Program Analyst produces clear, well structured assessments and recommendations that support informed enterprise decision making by leadership, owning the accuracy, quality, and completeness of analysis while final decisions and delivery execution remain with appropriate stakeholders. Base Pay Information The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications.
