ROLE SUMMARY: We are looking for a reliable seasonal temporary team member to support increased production needs during the quarter-end push. This role will focus on labeling, kitting, inventory accuracy, and following established instructions to help ensure products are prepared correctly and on schedule. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Support quarter-end production needs through labeling, kitting, and inventory-related tasks Help maintain accurate inventory and complete work according to schedule Follow kit instructions carefully to ensure consistency and quality Picking and packing materials Preparing plates General support BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma required Strong attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills Experience working in a fast-paced environment Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Inventory control and/or ERP experience a plus EXPECTATIONS, COMPETENCIES, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Onsite role Travel not expected Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, if required for the role Demonstrates dependability and consistent attendance during peak quarter-end periods Communicates clearly with team members and supervisors regarding work status or issues Adapts quickly to changing priorities and production demands Maintains a quality-focused mindset while meeting productivity expectations Shows a proactive, positive, and collaborative approach to daily work WHY YOU'LL LIKE WORKING WITH US: Our Technology: From discovery to diagnostics, Quanterix's ultrasensitive biomarker detection is fueling breakthroughs only made possible through its unparalleled sensitivity and flexibility.
