Evening Shift: 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM

What You'll Bring to the Event Team:

• Set up banquet rooms by arranging tables, chairs, linens, serving ware, and event decor as needed
• Plate and serve meals while delivering exceptional guest service throughout each event
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area during setup, service, and teardown
• Provide personalized service and create a welcoming experience for guests
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and according to company guidelines
• Assist with event breakdown and other banquet-related duties as assigned
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including fractions, decimals, and percentages
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to gather information and make sound decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Must be dependable, professional, and committed to providing outstanding customer service
