Maintenance Coordinator

Description

Shift will primarily be Monday through Friday, with flexibility required on start/end times. 40 hours/week minimum with possibility of overtime.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:



  1. Input and generate Work Orders and Preventive Maintenance data for the Humboldt facility. Assist personnel at Humboldt with data entry regarding work orders and PMs.
  2. Assign and distribute PMs and Work Order to the appropriate Maintenance Tech.
  3. Identify new equipment and enter PM's for equipment.
  4. Responsible for tracking due dates and completion of Work Orders and PMs and escalating past due items to Maintenance Manager.
  5. Conduct maintenance inventory. Assist with the Maintenance System Clerk with inventory changes.
  6. Maintain capital and plant project reports for the Plant Manager and Maintenance Manager.
  7. Maintain maintenance module with reports of plant equipment in relation to cost of normal depreciation and breakdowns.
  8. Assist Management with tracking plant equipment details.
  9. Provide support to Management in multiple projects as needed.
  10. Maintain Utilities Spreadsheets for Humboldt and submit monthly reports to Maintenance Manager, Accounting Supervisor and Plant Manager.
  11. Update Maintenance budget reports weekly/monthly on SharePoint.
  12. Maintain capital project purchase requisition spreadsheet for Humboldt Maintenance Dept.
  13. Provide work order training and preventative maintenance training for Maintenance personnel.
  14. Record and track data on motors currently used in the facility.
  15. Manage Powered Industrial Truck maintenance orders and repairs.
  16. Support Maintenance System Clerk in ordering parts and supplies.


ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:



    1. Provide Management with yearly summary of expenses and production results and comparisons.

    2. Input invoices, purchase orders in AP Smart.

    3. All employees are responsible for reporting food safety incidents to management.

    4. All other duties assigned.

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:



    1. Must have above average skills in Microsoft Office products and Sharepoint.
    2. Must be able to learn purchasing, inventory and maintenance sections of ROSS system (ERP).
    3. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    4. Must be able to learn and operate various types of office equipment
    5. Adhere to Confidentiality Policy.
    6. Knowledge of Schematics, AUTOCAD a plus.
    7. Training in industrial maintenance is a plus.


    WORKING CONDITIONS:



    1. Familiar with an in-plant maintenance department setting.
    2. Long periods of sitting.
    3. Varied periods of walking, standing, going up/down stairs and plant floor responsibilities.
