Carver Ridge, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver/HHA/CNA - Part Time PM - to join our growing team.

Carver Ridge Senior Living is located just outside the heart of downtown Carver, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 70-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Carver Ridge provides stable leadership team and a cheerful staff. Join our team today!

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), and Caregiver
Hourly: HHA/Caregiver $17.00-$22.00/hr and CNA $19.00-$24.00/hr, depending on experience
Service Area: 920 6th Street West, Carver, MN 553315
Schedule: 11pm - 7am, 1.0 FTE. Week 1: Sunday - Thursday / Week 2: Monday - Thursday and Saturday

Duties & Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:


  • CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
  • Assist with medication administration.



Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
  • Strong interest in healthcare.
  • Positive, compassionate attitude.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
