Location: Medical Center-ProsperDepartment: MaintenanceShift: First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours: 40Summary: The Lead Utility Engineer is a member of the Facilities team responsible for leading Engineers and all Utilities related activities. The Lead develops maintenance procedures and schedules, manages shift transitions, and coordinates daily workload assignments. This role reviews performance data participates in leadership reviews and provides ongoing staff training and safety education. The Lead Utility Engineer maintains system and equipment records and assists with contractor oversight for major projects and renovations. This role operates, maintains, and repairs all utility systems from their point of origin and shares on-call responsibilities. Experience & Experience:
