The Retail Sales Planning Analyst delivers sales, inventory, pricing, and competitive incentive insights that guide commercial strategy. This role manages core reporting processes, supports leadership presentations, and ensures accurate, timely data for planning, pricing, and incentive decisions.

Core Responsibilities include:



  • Analyze sales, inventory, and industry trends to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
  • Manage JD Power export deliverables (CFTP, Incentive Spending, Pricing), ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Develop and maintain key commercial reporting assets in an organized central repository
  • Support incentive planning through competitive incentive analysis, performance tracking, and competitive payment monitoring.
  • Maintain visibility into net pricing positions and cash stacks, providing insights that support pricing strategy.
  • Provide clear, concise analytical support for crossfunctional partners in Sales, Finance, and Commercial leadership.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of sales, brand, or finance experience
  • Must live in the Metro Detroit area or be willing to relocate to support in-person needs at the Auburn Hills Headquarters
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong Computer Skills - Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, excel
