We are seeking a visionary Oracle Fusion CX Cloud leader to drive our Customer Experience transformation within the Global IT Sales organization. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between complex business challenges and cutting-edge technology, driving digital excellence across our global sales and service ecosystems. Job DescriptionAs an IT Leader within the IT Global Sales organization, you will be the strategic driver of our Oracle Fusion CX Cloud environment. You will be responsible for leading large-scale implementations, defining the technical and functional roadmap, and ensuring that our Sales CX suite is fully optimized to support our global growth. This is a leadership role that requires a blend of deep technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to mentor high-performing consulting teams while managing high-level stakeholder relationships. Target Base Salary Range:$175,000 USD - $190,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
