Job Description:

The Technical Project Manager supports the development and introduction of new products, assisting in the transition of those products into Operations. This role contributes to advancing electromechanical processes used in the manufacturing of MEMS probe cards by coordinating program activities, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and helping ensure alignment to defined objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

Working under general supervision, the TPM gathers inputs, supports execution of program deliverables, and participates in technical problem-solving and validation efforts to meet internal and external customer expectation.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Coordination & Execution

  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of product development programs from concept through production release.

  • Assist in ensuring program deliverables align with scope, timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.

  • Track and manage assigned tasks and milestones, escalating risks or delays as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Gather input from customers, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to support definition of program requirements and deliverables.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment on technical and program objectives.

  • Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Technical Support & Problem Solving

  • Participate in technical troubleshooting, debugging, and validation activities.

  • Support development and execution of test methodologies and validation plans to ensure product performance and reliability.

  • Contribute to resolving routine technical issues through data analysis and structured problem-solving techniques.

Process Development & DOE Support

  • Assist in planning and executing Design of Experiments (DOE) for process development, materials selection, and product qualification.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data under guidance to support decision-making and process improvements.

  • Contribute to improving electromechanical manufacturing processes.

Materials & Product Support

  • Support materials testing, evaluation, and selection activities in alignment with program requirements.

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with engineering standards, test coverage, and product quality expectations.

Reporting & Communication

  • Support preparation of program updates, reports, and analyses for leadership review.

  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and timely communication of program status, risks, and outcomes.

Pay Range:

$90,500.00 - $118,755.00

Pay Range Explained:

This role in Livermore, California pays between $90,500.00 and $118,755.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You'll also be eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
