Overview Role Overview Prime Controls is seeking an Enterprise Integration Analyst to support the Business Technology Group in connecting business processes, enterprise applications, internal tools, data flows, and technology solutions across the organization. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT, platform owners, vendors, and internal technical resources to improve how systems integrate, how information moves, and how business technology solutions are documented, tested, and sustained. The ideal candidate brings a blend of business systems analysis, enterprise application knowledge, and technical problem-solving. This position is well-suited for someone who can translate between business needs and technical execution, support integration and automation efforts, strengthen user acceptance testing and documentation practices, and help Prime build more scalable, supportable, and connected solutions as technology needs continue to grow. A Typical Day at Prime Controls * Enterprise application integrations across business systems, internal tools, Microsoft 365 solutions, and other core platforms * Business process analysis, workflow documentation, gathering requirements, and solution planning * Data movement, system handoffs, automation opportunities, and practical low-code or scripted solutions * User acceptance testing, validation support, issue tracking, and system sustainment practices * Evaluation of new business technology requests for fit, scalability, integration needs, and supportability * Cross-functional coordination with business teams, IT, vendors, and platform owners to move work from concept to supportable execution * Translate business needs into technical requirements, workflows, system integration plans, and implementation support activities. * Support integration efforts across enterprise applications, internal tools, Microsoft 365, ERP/MRP, and other business platforms. * Partner with stakeholders to document requirements, data flows, testing plans, support expectations, ownership considerations, and future-state process improvements. * Assist with automation, scripting, and lightweight business tools that improve efficiency, standardization, and scalability. * Help strengthen user acceptance testing, validation, documentation, and governance standards across systems and integrations. * Support evaluation of new technology requests by considering business value, duration of need, scalability, integration requirements, and ongoing support requirements. * Work across business and technical teams to help ensure solutions are practical, secure, documented, and supportable over time. What You Will Bring The Basic * 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, enterprise applications, integration, automation, technical support, or a related technology role. * Working knowledge of APIs, data flow, system handoffs, access models, and enterprise integration concepts. * Ability to translate between business stakeholders and technical resources while keeping requirements, testing, documentation, and follow-up work organized. * Experience documenting workflows, business requirements, process changes, testing scenarios, or implementation tasks. * Strong communication, troubleshooting, documentation, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Ability to learn new platforms quickly and support both business and technical teams in a fast-moving environment. The Preferred * Experience with tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerShell, Python, SQL, Excel-based automation, or similar technologies. * Exposure to Microsoft 365 enablement, identity and access concepts, user support for enterprise platforms, or low-code business applications. * Experience supporting ERP, MRP, HRIS, construction technology, engineering systems, safety or training platforms, or other enterprise business applications. * Familiarity with user acceptance testing, validation practices, issue tracking, or system change support. * Background in construction, engineering, manufacturing, specialty contracting, or other project-based business environments.
