- Participate in structured job rotations across Quality and selected cross-functional departments.
- Gain hands-on exposure to Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Systems processes within a regulated GMP manufacturing environment.
- Complete required technical, compliance, and professional development trainings.

Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related technical discipline.
- Up to 5 years of professional experience (including internships, co-ops, or trainee programs).
- Strong interest in Quality, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and regulated industries.
- Willingness and flexibility to work in different departments and locations, including international assignments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in cGMP, ISO standards, and Quality Management Systems.
- Project execution and time management skills.
- Ability to prepare and deliver clear, structured presentations.

- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP or similar systems experience is a plus.
