Overview
The Texas Water Utilities team is seeking a Customer Service Representative. Is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers by handling inquiries, complaints, and requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner. The role may assist with order processing, service information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to maintain positive customer relationships. Strong communication skills, problem solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset are essential for success in this role. Location and Work Schedule This position is based in Sugar Land, TX.
