ABOUT THE POSITION Position Overview: As a Senior Branch Member Account Specialist (Sr BMAS), you deliver exceptional service to our members as the primary contact for members regarding the status of their account and any escalation. Assist members in setting up new business, consumer, and IRA accounts. Resolve account related concerns, provide general credit union information, intake and follow up on consumer loan applications excluding residential mortgage lending. Rotates to perform branch duties to include MSR activities. Act on notary requests. Expand member relationships through offering appropriate products and services. We provide full comprehensive training for the operational aspects of the role.
Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week). Regular shifts include Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM with rotating Saturday shifts 8:30AM - 12:30PM. Compensation Range:$21.00/hr. - $25.50/hr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills* Location:
- Onsite at our Cicero Branch - 5788 E Circle Drive Cicero, NY 13039
- This role is expected to provide occasional, planned coverage at nearby branch locations when necessary for support. This support coverage is local, scheduled, and intended to support branch continuity.
What You'll Do:

- Serves as a reliable, positive presence on the team-fostering collaboration, supporting peers, and helping create a culture that is solution-oriented and encouraging
- Demonstrates initiative and accountability by proactively following up, resolving complex issues, and stepping in where needed to ensure a seamless branch and member experience

- Bi Lingual Preferred - Spanish or Vietnamese
- Associate degree preferred.
- Two to four years' experience in customer service, retail, banking or financial services industry.
