Mission: Quantum is seeking a Senior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst to provide technical analysis support for the acquisition planning, controlling and organizing of multiple FMS Programs managed by a US Army Program Directorate. They will monitor and analyze activities throughout all phases of the program life cycle from initiation to close-out to include requirements generation, design, test, production, fielding and operation. The position requires knowledge of the Defense Acquisition System and demonstrated skills in managing cost, schedule, and performance in a program office; product life cycle management; project team management; and preparing acquisition and contracting documents. Taskings will include support of current and future international program efforts to include monitoring, reviewing, analyzing and coordination of security assistance issues concerning DoD and non-DoD agencies.
