The Director, OptumRx Infusion Growth Strategy and Transformation is responsible for driving profitable growth for the Infusion business. This includes analyzing, developing, and executing OptumRx Infusion's strategy in service of patients, providers, pharma manufacturers, and payers, to position OptumRx as the leading Infusion pharmacy. This leader is externally focused, relying on market intelligence and industry knowledge to formulate ambitious growth strategies for the organization. A key partner to the CEO, this role is responsible for activating on the strategy for the core pharmacy business and setting the course for diversified sources of profitable growth. This leader is proven in executing growth strategies and is comfortable applying a broad toolkit to deliver outsized results, including organic development, M&A, partnerships, internal priorities, efficiencies, and performance. Success of this role will be measured in business financial performance and growth as well as successful accomplishment of key performance indicators tied to the strategic plan. This leader is responsible for motivating a team around a shared vision, cultivating a culture of inclusion and diversity, and building talent for future needs. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Primary Responsibilities:
This role will require travel up to 25% of the time (up to 50% depending on location) to work with business teams and meet with external prospects. You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Post-high school education in business, health care administration, or related field can be substituted/is equivalent to years of experience. Required Qualifications:

The salary for this role will range from $159,300 to $273,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
