The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Facilities Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for the Facilities Department

  • Assist with and coordinate outside vendors such as landscaping, snow removal, cleaning, etc.

  • Obtain bids and pricing from outside vendors for projects, services and parts

  • Assist with reviewing bids

  • Assist in Evaluating, distributing, and scheduling the daily tasks along with maintaining the facilities task list

  • Print, issue, and track all maintenance and machine shop work orders

  • Issue and record all preventative maintenance orders

  • Generate and Issue purchase orders

  • Scan and electronically file all facilities paperwork

  • Complete projects assigned by Facilities Supervisor

  • Coordinate the picking up and delivery of parts for Engineering, Marketing, and other departments

  • Coordinate and process non-stock purchase

  • Provide backup support for receiving, stocking, and maintaining MRO inventory.

  • Provide backup support for cycle counting and inventory accuracy activities within MRO inventory

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, network drive, and scanning
