Asphalt Laborer

FNF Construction, Inc. is a general contractor providing heavy civil construction services throughout the Southwestern United States.

We are seeking anAsphalt Laborer who supports paving crews on heavy highway and road construction projects. This role involves physical labor, assisting with asphalt placement, site preparation, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Assist in the placement, spreading, and leveling of asphalt on roadways and highways
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sweeping, or compacting base materials
• Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, lutes, and tampers
• Work alongside paving equipment (pavers, rollers, skid steers)
• Direct traffic flow and maintain safe job-site conditions
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Perform site cleanup and general labor duties as assigned

• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in outdoor conditions (heat, dust, noise)
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Able to travel and work nights and weekends

This is a safety sensitive position as the laborer will often work around live traffic and active heavy equipment and machinery.
