About the Role:
We're on the hunt for individuals who bring together
technical aptitude and a customer-centric approach to join our YES Energy
Client Services team in the role of Associate Technical Account Managers
(ATAMs). As an ATAM, you'll be at the forefront of leveraging our state-of-the-art Utility
Billing software, a powerful tool engineered to meticulously track energy
consumption, pinpoint leaks, alert relevant stakeholders, flag invoice
discrepancies, and recover excessive charges. In this role, your billing
oversight and customer service excellence will be the driving force behind
ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and reliable billing solutions.
*** This position requires flexibility for travel during the
second week of employment for training purposes. Training may be conducted
locally or at an alternate location based on business needs. Candidates should
be prepared and available to travel as required during this time.

What You'll Do:
- Provide technical support and software implementation
guidance to a portfolio of assigned Yardi clients. - Assist clients with product configuration, deployment,
and best practice adoption to ensure successful implementation. - Troubleshoot and resolve common software application issues
while communicating product features effectively. - Build strong client relationships and continually develop
deep expertise in Yardi products and solutions.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or
Computer/Engineering Sciences; or an equivalent combination of education and
experience - Ability to learn new concepts and Yardi programs
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Client-centered commitment and focus
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple
tasks in a fast-paced environment - Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire and
ability to establish cooperative working relationships with all
levels of employees and clients - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 desktop applications
Ideal to have:
- Experience professionally serving customers in a technical
support, sales, or retail service role - Understanding of the property management or relevant Yardi
supported industry and industry best practices - Working knowledge of accounting practices
- Basic competence in one or more of the following areas:
Microsoft operating and network system operation, relational
databases, and SQL/Oracle language
