Division Information TheUS Oncology Network(The Network)is one of the largest community oncology networks in the country-supporting over 1,400 physicians across 600+ sites of care. Practice Enablement is a newlyestablishedfunction designed to power the next evolution of howThe Networkoperates.Itrepresents a strategic investment in howTheNetwork plans, prioritizes, and executes its most important work-embeddingdedicated operational support toenable precision in planning, consistency inexecution, and scalabilityacross practices. Role Summary This role serves as a key operational partner bridging strategic priorities with practice-level execution acrossThe US Oncology Network. Working alongside Regional SVPs, Finance Directors, Strategic Operations,and other cross-functional stakeholders,this position ensures that practice operating plans are built, maintained, and translated into coordinated action - connecting the right people, information, and resources at the right time. This role blends strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and operational project management. The focus is not on managing projects in isolation, but on enabling the infrastructure that allows regional teams and practices to plan proactively, execute consistently, and follow through on commitments.This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, operating in a highly matrixed environmentwhile engaged with opportunities toworkwith many practices within an assigned region.If you're energized by fast-moving, matrixed environments and thrive when connecting people, priorities, and plans - this role was built for you. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
