ES3 has an immediate opening in their corporate office location in downtown San Diego for an Entry Level Business Support & Logistics Analyst. This job is very goal and deadline driven. - Provide pricing analysis support or complete other assignments as needed
- Be able to review, understand, and provide assistance with such business documents as Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Export Control License Applications, Trademark Registration Applications, and others.
- Be able to communicate clearly both orally and in written form.
- Be comfortable working with spreadsheets.
- Be confident enough to interrupt and ask questions when you don't understand.

- Provide departmental support in compliance with company procedures, security standards, and contracting protocols
- Be able to research legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, review and analyze purchase requisitions, change order documents manually created or electronically generated in ERP system.
- Work with suppliers to track and report on deliveries, quality acceptance, receiving reports and invoicing.
- Perform ad hoc support to purchasing department as needed

- College experience preferred
- 0-2 years of previous work experience where transferrable skills can be optimized
