Job Description WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Finance Manager is responsible for leading monthly financial performance reporting, month end close coordination, management reporting, and business performance analysis for U.S. Wealth Management. The role serves as a critical link between business leaders, Financial Control, and enterprise finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely performance insights, and effective financial governance. The successful candidate will provide financial leadership throughout the monthly close cycle, support executive decision making through analysis and commentary, and coordinate key finance deliverables across multiple stakeholders. This position plays a key role in maintaining financial transparency, supporting strategic discussions, and ensuring the organization has a clear understanding of business performance and emerging trends. For Minnesota the good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $70,000 - $130,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
