Position SummaryThe Director, Product Management - Marketing Promotions & Player Experience is responsible for the strategy, execution, and financial performance (P&L) of marketing, promotional, and player facing product capabilities across all customer facing Light & Wonder products, including EGM, online, mobile, kiosk, and supporting systems. This role owns the end to end player experience, from acquisition and engagement through loyalty and retention, ensuring that marketing and promotional capabilities are cohesive, data driven, scalable, and optimized for operator outcomes and player satisfaction. The role serves as the central business owner, aligning product strategy, roadmap, investment decisions, and go to market execution with clear revenue, margin, and ROI accountability. The targeted pay range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual performance bonus. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
