Overview
20-25 hours per week on a daily set schedule within typical business hours Our major healthcare client is looking for a Creative Traffic Coordinator to support their team on a part-time basis. This role supports the day-to-day production flow for the Creative Services team by helping intake requests, creating and updating Jira tickets, and keeping project details organized from kickoff through delivery. You'll partner closely with the creative manager, designers, copywriters, and marketing partners to confirm required inputs, track timelines, and help projects move smoothly through reviews and approvals. You'll also provide light copy support as needed, including quick edits, short-form copy, headlines, and internal or client-facing notes.
Scope of Work
- Intake & Traffic Support: Receive requests, confirm required inputs, and route work to the appropriate team members.
- Project Management Integration: Create and maintain Jira tickets-including brief details, owners, due dates, and status updates-to keep projects organized and visible.
- Production Scheduling: Help maintain production schedules and flag timeline or resourcing concerns to the creative manager.
- Kickoff Documentation: Gather missing project details such as audience, channel, technical specs, stakeholders, and necessary approvals.
- Reporting & Tracking: Update weekly creative reports and dashboards; track dependencies and approvals, follow up on review cycles, and raise risks or blockers when timelines shift.
- Workflow Compliance: Follow established naming conventions, version control practices, and workflow standards to support consistency and reduce rework.
- Operational Updates: Support basic reporting and status tracking, including identifying bottlenecks, monitoring project progress, and flagging workflow needs.
- Writing Assistance: Provide occasional writing support, including light copy edits, short headlines, internal communications, and summarized feedback.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Organization & Detail: Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy.
- Project Management Tools: Comfort working in Jira or a similar tool to update tickets, timelines, and workflow details.
- Strategic Communication: Clear, professional communicator who asks good questions, follows up proactively, and keeps stakeholders informed.
- Process Alignment: Comfort following established workflows, naming conventions, and brand standards.
- Creative Workflow Fluency: Basic understanding of creative production lifecycles, moving from the initial brief through review cycles and final delivery.
- Writing Fundamentals: Strong writing and proofreading skills to handle light copy support effectively.
Qualifications
- Professional Experience: 1-3 years of experience in creative operations, project coordination, production coordination, marketing support, or a related operational role.
- Technical Tracking: Experience using Jira (preferred) or a similar workflow tool to track tasks, timelines, or project details.
- Creative Asset Familiarity: General familiarity with common creative deliverables across email, web, social, print, or digital marketing campaigns.
- Adaptability: Able to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Education Requirement
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- College Degree is Preferred
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $27 to $31 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
