The Opportunity: UCF's Rosen College of Hospitality Management - home to one of the nation's top hospitality programs - is seeking an Event Coordinator to help bring the college's mission to life through exceptional events and meaningful community engagement. In this role, you'll plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of college events, from intimate receptions and professional ceremonies to large-scale conferences and community programs, including signature events like Universal Day and Disney Career Exploration Day, connecting Rosen students with career opportunities at two of the world's most iconic entertainment and hospitality brands. You'll work collaboratively with the Program Manager and campus partners while exercising real ownership and independent judgment over your portfolio of events. This position requires occasional travel and may involve evening and weekend hours to support events, activities, and college programming. Scheduling flexibility is expected as business needs and event calendars may vary throughout the year. The anticipated salary range for this position is $48,722 - $54,203. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations. All applicants mustbe authorized towork for any U.S. employer. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position, and the university cannot accommodate H1B transfers or employment-based visa processing for individuals currently sponsored by another employer.
