Change Management Delivery Lead

Job Summary The Change Management Lead is responsible for leading the design and delivery of integrated change management, project communication, and training strategies in support of enterprise transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans to drive program results to increased understanding and end-user adoption to help our people thrive through change. The role drives the translation of change impacts into scalable communication, engagement, and learning solutions that build awareness, readiness, and sustained adoption. Working closely with program leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners, the lead ensures alignment of change, communication, and training efforts to business priorities while monitoring adoption outcomes and enabling successful organizational transitions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Lead and conduct readiness (organization, sponsor, and change), communication, and training needs assessments and utilize results to develop integrated change, communication, and learning strategies and plans
Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and translate findings into comprehensive engagement, communication, and training plans in partnership with Corporate Communications, Technical Training, and Leadership Development
Lead the execution of change, communication, and training plans, ensuring alignment to program milestones and driving awareness, understanding, and sustained adoption
Translate change impacts into targeted communication strategies and training solutions, including development of materials such as presentations, job aids, and learning resources
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., readiness, communication effectiveness, training participation, and adoption metrics) to identify risks, measure success, and recommend mitigation actions
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders on change, communication, and training best practices, while facilitating discussions, workshops, and training sessions to build capability and alignment

Salary Range*: $96,600.00 - $144,900.00
*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity. Posting Start Date: 2026-06-03
