Position: Quality Analyst - Shipping Support
Duration: 6 months contract with possible extension
Location: Whiteland, IN 46184
Shift: 1st shift, 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri
Working hours: 8 hours per day & 40 hours per week
Industry: Industrial Machinery Manufacturing and Power Solutions industries.
Pay rate: $25.00 - $29.15 per hour on w2
Job Description:
Summary:
Core Responsibilities:
- Support onsite client's team by collaborating with the 3PL employees and internal clients customers related to shipping discrepancy claims.
- Investigate shipment discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement preventive measures to ensure ongoing quality and compliance.
- Support customer claims process and co-ordinate between shipping office and claims analyst team.
- Actively support the Quality team with additional activities as needed to meet quality targets and drive continuous improvement.
- Support oversight and administration of the returnable container program on behalf of client.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 35 lb. as required to support operational activities.
- Work is performed in both office and warehouse environments and may require walking and standing on the shop floor within a large warehouse environment.

- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong computer skills and data analysis skills.
- Demonstrated experience with data entry, report generation, and office productivity tools (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, databases).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.

- The manager would like to conduct a one-hour in-person interview when he is ready to proceed.
- This position is a 6-month, onsite role with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Role could turn to a full-time position after the 6-month contract.
