Job Title: Sr. Media Analyst
Pay range: $35 - 40/hr

Job Summary:
The Media Department is primarily responsible for the development and maintenance of advertising budgets and the purchase of media for all domestic theatrical film releases. In developing these plans, the department deals directly with advertising agencies and all broadcast media, digital media and digital video, national print, radio, outdoor and Experiential media. The department also works in partnership with international media and Home Entertainment teams to ensure continuity of planning through the entire lifecycle of a film.
The Sr. Media Analyst assists in the development of media campaigns and prepares and monitors budgets for all films. The Sr. Media Analyst may also perform special assignments and related tasks as needed.
Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
* Assist Global Media Managers in supervising the execution of media plans
* Monitors media expenditures and updates all budgets on a weekly basis
* Provides Finance Department with weekly spending updates
* Evaluates and provides direction and updates to Agency as well as internal company's departments on key media plans/recommendations, including but not limited to Out-of-Home, Cable, Spanish Language, Canada, Digital & Radio media as needed
* Assists with the execution of creative materials, including partnering with Agency and Creative/Digital departments to communicate deadlines & specs and ensure flawless creative delivery & media launches for our campaigns
* Assists with creating and maintaining campaign presentations for management and filmmakers
* Assists with ongoing competitive research and special film projects and explores areas for development
* Helps brainstorm and develop innovative stunts to support film releases
* Attends internal department meetings to provide relevant updates and represent the media team's efforts as necessary
* Provides weekly updates to internal company's departments regarding media deadlines and flighting details
Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) Detail Oriented
a. Used to working in a fast-paced environment. Has experience in the entertainment industry.
2) Previous work experience with Marketing Agency or Entertainment Studio
3) Experience building Decks
a. Expertise in Power Point.
Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
1) Integrated media planning (Linear/Digital Media) experience is a plus

Technology Requirements:
1) Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook programs
Education / Certifications
1) Bachelor's degree required; emphasis in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field strongly preferred
