Job description

Job Title: HR Systems and Project Manager

Duration: to convert to FTE within 6 months
Location: Atlanta GA 30354 (Hybrid)

Pay rate: $55.00 - $58.00 hourly on W2

Status: Exempt (this role is exempt from OT)

Required Skills:



  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors and ADP
  • Proven expertise as a SuccessFactors administrator, with comprehensive knowledge of modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goal Management, Recruiting, and Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Strong project management skills, including leading system implementations, integrations, and process improvements
  • Excellent troubleshooting, user support, and system support capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Procurement, and HR stakeholders
  • Skilled in data integrity, reporting, and analytics to support executive decision-making
  • Familiarity with HR operational processes such as onboarding, data management, and compliance


Nice to Have Skills:



  • Experience with JIRA or other HR support desk platforms
  • Knowledge of source-to-pay activities including vendor management and procurement processes
  • Skills in system security, role-based access control, and organizational structure management


Preferred Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Technology, with demonstrated ownership of enterprise HR systems
