Senior Customer Service Representative

Job Details:
Job Title: Senior Customer Service Representative Job Duration: 12 months contract role with possible extension/ conversion
Location: Weston FL 33331
Pay Range: $24-$26/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage cases in the system.
• Review CT scans to ensure they meet Mako Surgical guidelines.
• Create 3D bone models from CT scans using specialized software.
• Develop pre-operative plans for robotic hip and knee replacement surgeries.
• Check surgical plans for accuracy, implant sizing, and positioning.
• Upload completed plans to field teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow procedures.
• Follow work instructions to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
• Meet production goals and deadlines.
• Use MS Office; experience with Salesforce, Materialise MIMICS, or Photoshop is a plus.
• Apply knowledge of radiology, nursing, anatomy, or related fields.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively and work well with others.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Read and speak English proficiently.
• Distinguish colors accurately on a computer screen.
• Maintain clear vision (20/20 with or without corrective lenses).
