Hybrid Mechanic Job details Posted 01 June 2026 Location Deerfield Beach, FL Reference 991878 Job description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a mid- to senior-level mechanic who can independently diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling complex mechanical and electrical systems with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics on engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical systems Conduct repairs and maintenance on domestic and foreign vehicles Accurately identify mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and software Complete routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, etc.) Repair or replace worn parts including belts, hoses, brakes, and drivetrain components Interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins Provide clear and accurate documentation of inspections and repairs Communicate effectively with service advisors and/or customers regarding findings and recommendations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and technology Qualifications 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience (required) ASE Certifications (preferred; Master Tech a plus) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with scan tools, diagnostic software, and modern vehicle systems Proficiency in both mechanical and electrical repair Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
