Located in the kitchen of Union South and under the general supervision of the Food Service Supervisor and Sous Chef, this position is responsible for cooking and preparing our catering orders for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as other departmental needs. Work Schedule and Location: Main work location is in the beautiful Union South Building. Work hours to start will be Tuesdays through Saturdays; 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Work schedule may be adjusted to meet business needs. Key Job Responsibilities:
