Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise a staff of 25+ focused on the recruitment, admission and enrollment of graduate and professional students to the university.
  • Oversee the following units within GPEM; Recruitment and Admissions, Digital Communication, the Student Outreach Center, and Enrollment Operations.
  • Develop and implement a strategic enrollment plan to meet the enrollment goals for graduate and professional students to the university.
  • Develop, execute and supervise the recruitment of new graduate and professional students to the university.
  • Oversee the admission to select master's and bachelor's programs.
  • Collaborate closely with the academic units on the development and implementation of conversion, admission and yield strategies leading to enrollment in the graduate and professional programs.
  • Work closely with the college/schools and Enrollment Marketing on the development of key marketing messages and communication flow designed to increase conversion and yield rates.
  • Work closely with the college, schools, Enrollment, Research & Reporting (ESRR) and Financial Aid on creating, implementing and effective financial aid strategies which maximize our enrollment outcomes.
  • Work closely with the college, schools, ESRR on new market and program development.
  • Represent GPEM on Graduate Coordinating Studies Board and review/advise on new proposals on Operations subcommittee. Serve on other university-wide committees as appropriate.
  • Serve as the Enrollment Management Liaison to educational partners that supports Loyola's enrollment streams, such as Orbis Education.
  • Assist in the development of enrollment targets consistent with the overall university's enrollment objectives.
  • Coordinate with Alumni Relations, ESRR, and Financial Aid on the promotion and executing of Returning Rambler Scholarship.
  • Working closely with (ESRR) analyze the effectiveness of our recruitment, admission and yield strategies which supports decision making and guides future strategy development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience

  • A Master's degree or equivalate work experience is required.
  • A minimum of ten years of work experience in higher education is required.

Computer Skills
Working knowledge of CRM systems, Slate by Technolutions is preferred.
