Description Base Pay rate$19.65 - 21.32 per hour Schedule: Shifts 4 -12 hours Days shift/evening shifts Monday -Friday Weekends availability Self-determined schedule Differentials available Care Delivery: To provide the highest quality of care to Allegiant Home Care clients utilizing the plan of care provided to ensure clients' needs are met in relation to safety, Well-being and satisfaction. Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing and other daily tasks.
